7.4. You may cancel your order if delivery is unreasonably delayed and receive a full refund.
7.5. Risk passes to you once the goods are delivered. Title passes only once full payment is received.

8. International Delivery

8.1. iWearLong currently ships within the UK, Ireland, and select international destinations.
8.2. Orders shipped outside the UK may incur customs duties or taxes, which are your responsibility.

9. Returns and Cancellations

9.1. You may cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the goods are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

9.3. Custom or personalised products cannot be returned unless faulty.
9.4. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving your returned items.
