1. Delivery Information
1.1 Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer — we’ll always notify you via email if there’s any significant delay.
1.2 Delivery Options & Timeframes
We currently offer the following delivery options:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on external factors beyond our control (such as postal delays or customs processing).
1.3 Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you do not receive tracking details within 3 days, please contact us at support@iwearlong.com.
1.4 Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if it was not collected from the delivery point, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping fees may apply).
2. Returns Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items in accordance with the policy below.
2.1 Eligibility for Returns
- You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags still attached.
- For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, earrings, and sale items are non-returnable unless faulty.
2.2 How to Return an Item
- Email returns@iwearlong.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll send you a return authorisation and instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Send the parcel back to the address provided.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
2.3 Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
2.4 Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact returns@iwearlong.com.
Exchanges are processed as a return + new order to ensure stock availability.
2.5 Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@iwearlong.com with photos of the issue.
We will cover all return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items and arrange a replacement or full refund.
3. International Returns
International customers must mark returns clearly as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges. We are not responsible for customs duties or fees applied to returned parcels.
4. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately at orders@iwearlong.com.
Once your order has been dispatched, it can only be returned following the process outlined above.
